Lifespan of a Fact

Three stars converge creating theater magic in this upcoming world premiere of The Lifespan of a Fact, by Jeremy Kareken, David Murrell, and Gordon Farrell. Cherry Jones (as the “Editor”), Daniel Radcliffe (as the “Fact Checker”), and Bobby Cannavale (as the “Author”) bring this timely play to life, dealing with the topic of what’s true and what’s not. Based on the stirring true story of John D’Agata’s essay “What Happens There,” about the Las Vegas suicide of teenager Levi Presley, The Lifespan of a Fact digs into a seven-year debate on the blurred lines of what passes for truth in literary nonfiction.
